We're currently looking for a motivated Light Commercial Maintenance Sales Representative to join our team and drive profitable service agreement sales.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (full-time, approximately 40 hours per week)
What You'll Do:
- Prospect and schedule appointments with light commercial businesses
- Perform thorough site surveys to understand customer needs and develop accurate maintenance proposals
- Present professional sales proposals and solutions that solve real "hurts" for business owners
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while positioning Gentry as their preferred HVAC service provider
- Manage your sales pipeline, leads, forecasts, and follow-ups with weekly updates
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and operations teams to deliver the best outcomes
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and competitive offerings
- Turn in all signed contracts and supporting documentation (notes, photos, equipment info) within 24 hours
What We're Looking For:
- 2 years of outside sales experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills - timely with tasks, calls, and projects
- Ability to multi-task and manage your time effectively
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- HVAC industry knowledge is recommended but not required - we provide training
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and commitment to safety
