We are now seeking a Light Commercial HVAC Service Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our maintenance agreement business.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Full-time, ~40 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and connect with light commercial businesses in the area
- Conduct detailed site evaluations to identify maintenance needs
- Create and present customized service agreement proposals
- Build long-term relationships and become the trusted HVAC advisor for your clients
- Manage your sales pipeline, follow-ups, and forecasts
- Work closely with service, operations, and marketing teams
- Submit all contracts and supporting documentation promptly
What You Bring
- 2 years of successful outside sales experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- HVAC knowledge is a plus, but not required - we provide thorough training
- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and commitment to safety
