About The Role
As a Treatment Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in helping patients move confidently from diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You'll serve as a trusted guide, clearly communicating treatment recommendations, financial options, and next steps while ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Present treatment plans and explain recommended care in a clear, supportive manner
- Discuss treatment costs, insurance benefits, and financing options
- Help patients make informed decisions about their oral health
- Coordinate appointments and treatment schedules
- Build strong relationships with patients through excellent customer service
- Collaborate with doctors and clinical teams to support seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Required:
- 1–2 years of front office experience in a healthcare, medical, or dental setting

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Previous experience presenting treatment plans and discussing treatment costs
- Denticon or QSI experience
- Bilingual skills
