As a registered nurse working per diem for our agency, you will be responsible for making monthly field visits and supervising home health aides that work with our agency.
Duties include, but are not limited to, assessing physical, social, and psychological needs of patients through professional knowledge, observation, interviewing, and physical examination. You will also be responsible for establishing a Plan of Care with all patients currently receiving our services. Patient education is a MUST! Familiarity with many disease processes, self-care techniques, prevention strategies, and medications is REQUIRED!
