Your Role
Gensler Dallas is seeking a motivated, highly-collaborative individual with expertise in video production, editing and content creation to join our Marketing & Public Relations team. This full-time paid summer internship has the potential to move to part-time in the fall. The ideal candidate will be available between June 2, 2026 and December 4, 2026.
What You Will Do
Processing and organizing raw video footage captured by our videography team, including cutting and color grading LOG video clips as well as mixing and mastering interview audio Editing a variety of different video content based on creative briefs provided by our videography team Optimizing existing video content for different platforms (e.g. social media, website, etc.) Incorporate visual effects, music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance videos Working with the PR team to plan and capture content for office Instagram channels:

What You Will Do
- Short-form interviews of architects and interior designers
- B-roll of architects and interior designers performing tasks – in meetings, drawing/designing, on job sites, etc.
- Office events – cultural celebrations, industry events (on or offsite), receptions, etc.
- Support Marketing & PR teams on project video and photoshoots as needed
- You have completed your first year and are working toward a bachelor’s degree. This is not an entry-level position for recent graduates.
- Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, with a portfolio showcasing previous work
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques
- Software: Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Premiere, Audition, After Effects); experience with DaVinci Resolve a plus
- Experience working with DSLR and/or mirrorless cameras; knowledge of Sony platform a plus
- Available to work in the Dallas office
