POSITION SUMMARY:
IT & Application Support:
- Serve as the primary L1/L2 support contact for all user-reported issues across IT infrastructure and business applications.
- Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues spanning endpoints, operating systems, identity and access, VPN, networking, and application workflows.
- Support users across business-critical applications, understanding how these systems connect to daily operations and resolving issues that impact business workflows.
- Escalate to subject matter experts when issues exceed L2 scope, providing clear documentation of troubleshooting steps taken.
- Support onboarding and offboarding tasks, including account provisioning, application access, and device configuration across all platforms.
- Maintain clear, timely communication with users during incidents, outages, platform changes, or scheduled maintenance.
Infrastructure & Hardware:
- Troubleshoot hardware issues across laptops, desktops, peripherals, and conference room technology.
- Maintain accurate device inventory and contribute to lifecycle planning.
- Enforce workstation baseline configurations and endpoint standards.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, service requests, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Support monitoring workflows, backup checks, and routine system health reviews.
Process Improvement & Documentation:
- Maintain and improve support procedures, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles to ensure documentation remains current and accurate.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to reduce ticket volume and resolution time.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or endpoint management.
- Experience supporting business applications such as CRM platforms and SaaS tools in an L1/L2 helpdesk capacity.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across endpoints, operating systems, identity and access, and networking fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with workstation imaging, patching workflows, and monitoring processes.
- Experience with Windows OS/Server, Google Workspace, Active Directory, VPN, and ticketing systems.
- Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and serve on-site and remote users in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues for non-technical users.
