Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales.
• Manage bar inventory, including stocking supplies, monitoring product levels, and ordering as needed to maintain seamless operations.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately while handling cash safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during food service events or banquets to ensure smooth coordination and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending, mixology, or food service within the hospitality industry; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and brewing processes.
• Proficiency with POS systems; experience with cash handling and cashiering is essential.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events like catering or banquets.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling procedures, and basic math for accurate measurements and transactions.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters guest loyalty.
• Experience in beverage recipe development or cocktail creation is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with hospitality software tools related to bar management is advantageous.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
