Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS system.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, menu items, and specials to assist guests with selections.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic retail math calculations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, proper food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Set up bar stations for service, restock supplies as needed, and clean work areas to uphold cleanliness standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve guests quickly while maintaining quality service.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours .
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and sales transactions.
- Must possess strong communication skills and a positive attitude to foster a welcoming environment for all guests.
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming card.
- Must be over the age of 21 years.
