Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive oversight for all cardiovascular service line operations
- Lead strategic growth and expansion initiatives for cardiovascular services
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial performance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and quality benchmarks
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical leaders to enhance clinical excellence and patient outcomes
- Drive operational efficiency and performance improvement initiatives
- Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing teams
- Build strong relationships with providers, staff, and community stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required
- MBA or MHA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in cardiovascular or cardiology services
- Registered Nurse (RN) strongly preferred
- Strong background in strategic planning, financial management, and healthcare operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
