Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of HR analytics by managing data collection, validation, and reporting of essential HR metrics like headcount, turnover, and recruitment activity, ensuring data accuracy and providing actionable insights.
- Lead HR budget consolidation, forecasting, and tracking, including monitoring HR expenditures and conducting variance analysis in collaboration with Finance.
- Manage HR systems (HRIS) and data governance to ensure data integrity, system optimization, and alignment with reporting requirements, while also handling new projects such as job description management and HR ticketing systems.
- Develop and deliver regular and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards for both local and global stakeholders using tools like Excel and Power BI.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for local and global HR and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Engineering, Finance, or related areas.
- 5-7 years of proven experience in HR Operations, People Analytics, or HR Controlling, with a strong focus on managing HR processes, data, and reporting.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing HR budgets, tracking HR expenditures, and supporting payroll and HR systems (HRIS), with exposure to compensation and benefits processes.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus.
