Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Teacher to join our team in providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with state regulations, and fostering a positive atmosphere that promotes the growth and development of children. Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding child care.
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum that meets the developmental needs of children.
- Supervise and support children in their education and development while completing ongoing documentation
- Establish positive relationships with families, addressing their concerns and promoting open communication.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for children, staff, and visitors.
- Monitor children's progress and implement strategies to support their individual learning needs.

- Strong early education and development skills with the ability to motivate a diverse classroom.
