We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual for the position of Genius Kids Silver Spring ,Center Director. A Center Director is responsible for the overall management and operation of the center, ensuring a safe and educational environment for children. The candidate will manage staff, develop and implement programs, maintain the facility, and build relationships with parents and community partners. Key Responsibilities of the Director:
- Management and Leadership:
- Supervise and lead all staff, including teachers, support staff, and other personnel.
- Hire, train, and evaluate staff, ensuring compliance with hiring and performance standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the center.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Curriculum and Program Development:
- Implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum and program.
- Plan and organize daily activities and events for the children.
- Ensure that the center's program meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Facility Management:
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the center's facilities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and fire codes.
- Oversee facility maintenance and repairs.
- Parent and Community Relations:
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their children's progress and activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, community partners, and other stakeholders.
