Duties
- Provide visionary leadership to the child development center, setting strategic goals aligned with educational standards and community needs
- Supervise and support teaching staff, ensuring delivery of engaging, developmentally appropriate curricula that promote learning and growth
- Oversee daily center operations, including enrollment, scheduling, safety protocols, and compliance with licensing regulations
- Foster positive relationships with families through regular communication, parent meetings, and community events
- Manage administrative tasks such as budgeting, staffing schedules, staff training, and record-keeping
- Implement quality assurance measures to maintain accreditation standards and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements
- Associates or Bachelors degree in early childhood education or related fields
- 2 years of experience in a leadership position working in an early education field
- Proven background in education administration with leadership responsibilities in a childcare or preschool setting
- Able to pass all four state required background checks
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate diverse teams of educators and support staff
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, staff, and community partners
- Knowledge of licensing requirements, safety standards, and quality assurance processes in childcare settings
