Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the center’s educational and operational goals
- Manage the center’s budget, ensuring financial sustainability and resource allocation
- Lead and supervise staff, including teachers, administrative personnel, and support teams
- Oversee curriculum development, ensuring alignment with educational standards and best practices
- Foster a welcoming environment that promotes student success, safety, and engagement
- Build strong relationships with community partners, families, and stakeholders
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accreditation standards
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract talented educators and staff members

Requirements
- 2 years or more of experience working in a leadership position in an Early Education Center.
- Able to pass the 4 Required State Background Checks
- Proven experience in education administration or management within a university or similar setting
- Strong background in teaching, with an understanding of curriculum development and instructional methods
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Expertise in strategic planning and budgeting to optimize operational efficiency
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with staff, students, families, and community partners
- Experience working within an educational environment that values diversity and inclusion
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Early Education, Management, or related field; advanced degrees preferred
- Familiarity with university-level policies, accreditation processes, and compliance standards
