Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery
Location: Devils Lake, North Dakota
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Devils Lake, North Dakota. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic Labor & Delivery (L&D) environment, providing high-quality patient care with a focus on safety, efficiency, and compassion.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery department, prioritizing their physical and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
- Foster a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication among patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.
Requirements
- RN license in good standing, with experience in Labor and Delivery or a related specialty.
- 12-hour rotating shifts, working 36 hours per week.
- Travel Nursing experience preferred, with flexibility to adapt to new environments and situations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
