We have an exciting Client Appointment Coordinator opportunity at Gengras Honda of Rutland.

The pay plan is based on your experience on the role and will be discussed at interview.
Responsibilities of the Client Appointment Coordinator:
- Answer inbound sales calls in timely manner
- Schedule Sales Appointments in appropriate scheduling tool
- Check and follow up on voicemails
- Check and follow up on text messages
- Actively listens to guests concerns with empathy and advocacy
- Handle incoming leads for sales via email
- Follow up on missed appointments
- Hit monthly metrics for calls, text messages, and show percentage
- Follows all safety protocols
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to provide a premium experience.
- Phone skills
- Automobile Industry Knowledge a Plus
- Internet knowledge
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Able to adapt well to periodic changes
- Ability to follow direction, scripts and templates
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
- Sufficient reading skills to read, analyze, and interpret general business platforms
- Able to sit for extended periods of time
- Able to perform fine motor functions like typing, filing, using a calculator
