Garvey Hyundai of Plattsburgh is seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator/Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling service appointments, assisting with customer inquiries, and guiding customers through their service experience. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive customer experience.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage customer service appointments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and contact information.
- Answer customer inquiries and explain available services.
- Act as a Service Advisor by checking in customers, reviewing service needs, and coordinating with technicians.
- Provide outstanding customer service and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage and confirm appointment calendars.
- Ensure accuracy of customer data in the system.
- Assist with resolving customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Pay based on experience.
