Tasks and objectives assigned are broadly outlined, frequently requiring unique or special abilities and/or training. Plans own approach and progressive stages of work to accomplish desired results. Supervises activities of laboratory staff and processes. Acts as a Laboratory Quality Management System Coordinator working with all Finger Lakes Health Laboratory Departments, Supervisors and Medical Director to ensure compliance with QMS Standards
