Requirements for State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA):
Active State Tested Nurse Assistant (STNA) certificate or in the process of scheduling/taking the state exam
Graduated from a STNA training program
A passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated STNAs to join our team. As a STNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, assisting residents with activities of daily living, and supporting the healthcare team to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
Key Duties Include:
Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being.
Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.
Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
Communicate with nursing staff about any changes in residents' conditions.
Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, and the team.
