Responsibilities:
- Develop business requirements and identify business and operational impacts associated with given sets of changes
- Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges requiring thorough planning and direction
- Support systems development testing through the creation and execution of detailed test scripts
- Understand payment operational/technical processing, especially with RTP and/or Zelle networks
- Interpret technical specifications and understand end-to-end processing flows to create business requirements for development teams
- Write business requirements, create user stories, payment mapping specifications, detail workflows, and write business rules
- Create and execute test scripts, conduct validation work, and perform detailed testing
- Support the Agile delivery process, working within Agile teams using tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Engage in reading and interpreting specifications related to changes in payment rails
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design experience, or equivalent (work, consulting experience, training, military, or education)
- 1 years of Real Time Payments (RTP) experience
- 7 years of professional experience in business support roles
- Experience in an Agile project environment implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery practices
- Familiarity with JSON, schemas, validations, and payment mapping
- Ability to write and validate business rules related to payment messaging
- Previous experience working with different applications to ensure alignment in payment messaging
