Responsibilities:
- Global Video Support:
- Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting for video conferencing platforms, digital signage, and scheduling systems across multiple global locations.
- AV Systems Engineering:
- Design, deploy, and maintain AV infrastructure, including hardware and software for meeting rooms, executive spaces, and digital signage.
- Project Leadership:
- Lead or support AV-related projects, including lifecycle management, upgrades, and integration with collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc.).
- Vendor Management:
- Collaborate with AV integrators and external service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and timely issue resolution.
- Proactive Support:
- Implement monitoring and proactive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize user experience.
- Documentation & Training:
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, and provide training to local support teams and end users.
- Regional Collaboration:
- Work closely with support leads in NA, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC to ensure consistent standards and best practices.
