Required Skills:
- Strong background in UX research, service design, or digital communications.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, engaging narratives.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in enterprise environments.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Proven track record in using Mural or similar tools for journey mapping and service design.
- Ability to use journey artifacts to communicate current-state experiences and co-create future-state processes with DWP and service owners.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
