Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time technical support for traders and front-office staff, resolving issues related to trading platforms, market data feeds, hardware, and network connectivity
- Monitor the health and performance of trading systems and escalate incidents as needed
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and networking teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems
- Document recurring issues and contribute to the creation of support guides and knowledge bases
- Ensure minimal downtime and maintain compliance with operational and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting trading platforms, financial systems, or high-pressure environments
- Knowledge of market data applications such as Bloomberg, Reuters, or ICE
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux, scripting, and basic networking
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
