Responsibilities:
- Support data and analytic solutions across Home Loans and Vehicle Lending for Credit Strategies, Product, Pricing, and Finance teams
- Support and enhance data and analytic solutions built on SQL Server
- Analyze, reconcile, and validate large data sets; investigate business inquiries and data anomalies
- Review and interpret code to troubleshoot production issues
- Collaborate directly with business partners to translate requirements into clear technical specifications for developers, often leveraging existing business logic or code
- Perform functional testing on complex processes following developer unit testing
- Manage multiple initiatives ranging from small enhancements to complex model builds
- Participate in monthly release cycles
Requirements:
- Strong SQL Server experience
- Proven ability to work with large data sets and perform data reconciliation
- Experience reviewing code and resolving production issues
- Excellent communication and requirements-gathering skills
- Strong technical skills, hands-on data analysis, and close partnership with business stakeholders in a fast-paced Kanban environment
Desired skills:
- Autosys, Hadoop, Oracle, and Teradata experience
- Familiarity with client's CRQ release process
