Senior Project Manager - 100% Remote

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Side Project Manager with Health Insurance or PBM experience - 100% Remote position with a Major Healthcare Company located in Minneapolis, MN. This is a 6-month contract to hire opportunity.

Pay rate is $37.00 - 40.00 an hour w-2

Successful candidates for this position will be highly motivated, self-starting individuals willing to contribute to the success of the Business Capabilities & Solutions Delivery team. This role will support the entire pharmacy benefit management (PBM) business, including various pharmacy lines of service.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively and efficiently own the successful delivery of all assigned projects including managing all cross-function work stream owners (real estate, training, telecom technology, human capital, etc.) and function as the project General Manager
• Document and outline scope/charter, as needed
• Create and manage project plan, issue log, lessons learned, close document, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), control plan, etc.
• Identify team roles and skill sets required to quickly create a highly functioning team
• Direct the team and resolve conflicts to complete projects on time and within budgetary guidelines, escalating issues appropriately
• Assess progress and report status to management and key constituents through timely written or verbal communication, highlighting areas of concern or needed assistance
• Track status of project timelines and milestones and communicate with management and team members

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of project management experience or similar experience
• Experience in successfully managing major projects with at least one implementation in a non-IS business function
• Strong communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
• Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
• Able to direct project outcome based on long term business objectives

Desired skills:

• Experience working in a matrixed organization
• Familiarity with our client's products & services
• Healthcare, PBM or pharmacy experience
• Experience with Smartsheet preferred or experience with MS Project or other project tracking tools
