Business Side Project Manager II - Remote

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Side Project Manager with Healthcare Insurance or PBM experience for a 100% Remote role for a contract to hire opportunity with a Major Healthcare Company in Eden Prairie MN.

Compensation: w-2 rate of $40.00 - 44.00 an hour

Successful candidates for this position will be highly motivated, self-starting professionals willing to go the extra mile to ensure the success of the team and business delivery. This role supports the entire pharmacy benefits management (PBM) business, including home delivery, specialty, and other pharmacy services, within a team of over 90 project managers.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute, lead and own the development of program/project scope statements (e.g., program/project charter, Statement of Work, Business Vision Document), Project/Program Plans, Communication Plans and Status/Issue Reporting
• Coordinate, own and provide input on project/program schedule, budget, scope, benefit and quality
• Develop, coordinate and complete assigned project/program work on time and on budget with assigned resources
• Develop/contribute to project budgets/forecasts, drive capture of project economics (e.g., cost/benefit analysis, capital planning, staffing impact analysis/assessment) and assist in obtaining approvals from applicable stakeholders
• Actively address issues, challenges and problems that arise during the course of a project/program, owning the process of finding the right resources to resolve the issue, escalating when necessary, and driving issues to closure

Requirements:

• 5 years of project management experience or similar experience
• Previous experience in a cross-matrixed enterprise environment
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
• Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
• Ability to gain acceptance for ideas, plans, and actions and implement across organizational boundaries

Desired skills:

• Business operations strategy definition and execution in a matrixed organization
• Familiarity with the client's products and services
• Healthcare, PBM or pharmacy experience
• Experience with Smartsheet
