Lead Business Systems Analyst

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst with a leading client in Columbus, OH. This is a 3-month contract to hire role.

Compensation: $65-75/hour; Conversion salary $105k with a 15% bonus
Location: Onsite 4 days per week
Duration: Contract to hire

Requirements:

• Experience in financial services (banking) industry.
• Experience working with Snowflake and AWS S3.
• Experience in data modeling activities in Erwin or other modeling tools
• Understanding of enterprise data warehousing best practices and standards.
• Strong data mapping experience creating source to target mappings.
• Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Experience leading other BSAs on a project team.

• Gathering and analyzing data in support of business systems
• Manage business rules within applications
• Grasp complex business issues and formulate technical solutions
• Deliver high-quality application support
• Produce interim solutions as required to support legacy systems/issues
• Support a business or function
• Respond to technical support requests from enterprise customers
• Ramp up the business to support an AIRnet support team organization
• Provide user support for applications by answering and troubleshooting complex user and technical problems
• Provide online banking support to business customers for all access methods
• Develop business processes and system enhancements

Salary : $110,000 - $115,000
