Sales Manager Responsibilities

Desk and structure deals to maximize gross profit and sales volume

Oversee F&I performance to ensure production goals and compliance standards are consistently met

Ensure strict adherence to all F&I policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations

Maintain daily oversight of CIT (Contracts in Transit) and cash management processes

Lead daily sales meetings and conduct ongoing in-store training and coaching
-
Implement action plans for underperforming sales staff and drive performance accountability

Monitor CRM (DriveCentric) activity to ensure consistent follow-up and process execution

Manage inventory, including aging units, to ensure proper turn and profitability
-
Maintain high CSI and customer satisfaction standards aligned with luxury brand expectations

Support company initiatives and complete additional assigned projects as needed

Solid understanding of desking, finance structure, lender relationships, and deal profitability

Professional, high-energy demeanor aligned with a luxury brand environment
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
