Floor Manager Responsibilities

Provide in-store training, mentorship, and real-time coaching to improve sales effectiveness

Maintain active CRM engagement, including a minimum of 30 outbound calls per day

Develop and implement performance action plans for underperforming sales consultants

Lead and work alongside the sales team daily to drive performance and maintain high closing ratios

Oversee and ensure strict compliance with all F&I policies, dealership procedures, and state and federal regulations

Manage daily CIT (Contracts in Transit) and cash reconciliation processes

Structure deals and support negotiations to maximize profitability while protecting customer satisfaction

Partner with the Finance Department to ensure accurate documentation and smooth deal flow

Support company initiatives, operational improvements, and additional assigned projects
Floor Manager Benefits and Compensation
Pay Range: $75,000.00 - $150,000 annually!

Floor Manager Qualifications

Proven success in a sales management or leadership role

Minimum 2 years of automotive F&I experience

Strong understanding of compliance, CIT management, and dealership financial processes

Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Professional presence consistent with a luxury brand environment

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug screen.
