This role will focus on designing and overseeing the construction of structures that must withstand environmental conditions and operational stresses. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong communication and project management skills to deliver safe, efficient, and innovative solutions for our clients.What You’ll DoDesign and configure structures that meet safety, regulatory, and operational standards.Select appropriate foundations, building materials, and equipment support systems.Prepare reports, design criteria, cost estimates, engineering designs, and drawings.Perform calculations related to pressure, loads, and stress.Provide technical guidance on safe design and construction practices.Obtain planning and building regulatory approvals.Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure quality results.Monitor construction activities and conduct inspections to ensure structural integrity.Evaluate geotechnical properties and site conditions for foundation design.Utilize computer-aided design tools and simulation software to support project delivery.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.Sponsorship is not available at this time.Strong background in industrial civil engineering with EPC experience.Proficiency in STAAD, AutoCAD, and Revit.Experience working with steel, concrete, and masonry.Track record of delivering heavy to light industrial projects.Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to add value through engineering expertise.Company DescriptionAt Genesis, we love people.
