Role Description The Club Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in St Joseph, MO. This position is responsible for overseeing daily club operations, including staff management, scheduling, and adherence to company standards. The Club Manager ensures an exceptional member experience by maintaining a clean, safe facility, resolving member concerns, and supporting fitness programs and services. Day-to-day tasks include supervising front desk and fitness staff, monitoring performance metrics, coordinating promotional activities, and partnering with sales teams to drive membership growth and retention. The role also includes basic budgeting oversight, reporting on club performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational policies.

- Operational and organizational skills, including scheduling, process management, and attention to facility standards.
- Sales and basic business acumen, with the ability to support membership growth, promotions, and revenue goals.

- Previous experience in health clubs, fitness, hospitality, or related service industries is highly beneficial.
