Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
Assist in processing prescriptions and coordinating patient information
Work closely with pharmacists and staff to ensure seamless service
Deliver a positive experience for every patient and provider
- Excellent phone skills—confident, clear, and compassionate communication is key
- Comfortable handling high call volumes in a busy environment
