Skills
- Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide, with knowledge of meal preparation and food service practices
- Strong culinary background with experience in cooking, food handling, and kitchen operations
- Familiarity with menu planning, food safety regulations, and catering processes
- Excellent knife skills for precise food preparation and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments such as restaurants or the food industry
- Knowledge of food industry standards related to serving, food safety, and kitchen hygiene
- Experience in restaurant or catering settings is highly desirable
