We are seeking a dependable and experienced Dietary Cook to prepare nutritious, high-quality meals for residents of our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate is organized, team-oriented, and committed to maintaining excellent food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and dietary requirements
• Follow sanitation, safety, and infection-control procedures
• Assist with food prep, portioning, and serving
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Work closely with dietary staff and nursing team to meet resident needs
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience preferred (healthcare or long-term care experience a plus)
• Knowledge of therapeutic and modified diets preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
