Fast Food Restaurant General Manager

The Fast Food Restaurant General Manager oversees full restaurant operations, leading a large team of 16 or more members. This role is pivotal in maintaining high standards in customer service, staff management, and inventory control while ensuring financial performance through budget oversight and profit and loss management. The General Manager drives operational excellence and fosters a productive work environment without any travel obligations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a large team of 16 staff members to achieve operational goals
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards throughout the restaurant
• Oversee inventory control and manage ordering processes
• Develop and implement staff training and development programs
• Create and manage employee schedules effectively
• Monitor financial performance including budget oversight and profit & loss management
• Prepare financial reports and track key performance indicators

Preferred Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in restaurant management
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong team leadership and communication skills
• Proven expertise in customer service and inventory management
• Experience with staff scheduling and problem-solving
• Effective time management abilities
