Job Overview
The Security Supervisor/Lead works closely with Mall Manager to provide daily support and assist with managing tenant and customer concerns.
Duties
- Responsible for the safety and security of the facility including staff, tenants and guests
- Supervise security personnel
- Responsible for scheduling security staff, coordinate time off requests and submit schedules/changes to the Mall manager for final approval
- Work with the Mall Manager to ensure the property is compliant with fire and safety requirements
- Covering shifts for staff absences
- All other duties and tasks assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to be flexible, prioritize, and manage multiple projects
- Prior law enforcement, security, military or management preferred
- Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle (valid Drivers license is required)
Pay: $17.00 per hour
