Start Date:

• August 24, 2026

Salary:

• $45,000-$55,000
• Negotiable based on experience

Qualifications:

• NYS Certification in Students with Disabilities Grades 7-12, Students with Disabilities All Grades, or Special Education K-12

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with young adults (ages 18–22) with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of transition planning, person-centered planning, and post-secondary programming for students with disabilities.
• Experience coordinating work-based learning opportunities, internships, job coaching
• Ability to collaborate effectively with families, college personnel, community agencies, employers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Demonstrated ability to teach academics, self-advocacy, independent living, employment readiness, and social skills
• Experience developing and implementing individualized instruction based on documented student needs
