We are seeking an Accounting Manager to support our corporate accounting operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, assisting with month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities
- Perform and review general ledger account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Assist with financial consolidations across multiple entities and support audit preparation activities
- Maintain compliance with U.S. GAAP and company accounting policies
- Analyze financial variances and trends, providing insight into key business drivers
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, FP&A, and leadership
- Support the Operations Controller with special projects and ad hoc financial analysis
- Assist with ERP system implementation, including testing, data validation, and post-launch process alignment
- Support integration between accounting, payroll, and expense management systems to ensure data integrity and streamlined reporting
- Identify and help resolve system-related accounting or data discrepancies in coordination with IT

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or progress toward certification preferred
- 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally including both public accounting and corporate environments
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and general accounting principles
- Experience with NetSuite and/or Ramp is a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a team-first mindset
