As a Customer Service Agent, your role will be to focus on providing the correct resolutions for both customers and the business. You will handle customer relationships and assist with their individual service needs whilst delivering best-in-class customer service.Handle specific Inbound/Outbound calls from customersCreate, processs and ship Orders. Package parts neatly and safely to shipAble to navigate through different vendors, check availabilbity for partsAble to research parts, search manualsRecognize individual customer service needs and resolve their inquiryProvide resolutions at the first point of contact, avoiding transferring the call or having customers call againHandle complaints and call out any issues where appropriateProvide excellent customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to recognize and support the specific needs of the most vulnerable customersMaintain and update customer related information systems to ensure that our client hold accurate records; collect and access appropriate information relevant to type of callRespond to customers through a variety of channels including telephone (both inbound and outbound), internet, and written correspondence as appropriateAcquire detailed knowledge of product ranges and services to provide excellent serviceServe customers across the product portfolio and resolve a wide range of common inquiriesSchedule inbound and outbound appointments (primarily by email) by communicating with customers and sometimes technician.Update daily schedule accordinglyOther Task:Office daily taskWorking with your teamAssisting Managers and team membersAssists in warehouseWill be working in Service, Parts and Sales departmentQualificationsHigh School DiplomaExperience in contact/call centerGood/Excellent Computer SkillsAbility to work with MS Word, Excel and Power PointAdapt to new softwaresEffective time management and self-accountabilityExcellent Written and Verbal Communication SkillsHigh level of professionalismCompany DescriptionGenerator Systems, LLC is a Generator company located in Wallingford CT, and Stamford CT.
