Responsibilities

• Interface with customers via showroom reception and phone conversations.
• Scheduling appointments with customers for consultations, installations and service calls.
• Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and lead distribution.
• Review customer and permitting folders for accuracy.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills for operating Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good people skills with the ability to communicate well with others.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Flexibility to adjust to new tasks should the company or office need change.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees.
• Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
