Job description
Generator Supercenter is looking for results-driven Lead Setters to actively seek out and engage with Costco and Lowe’s customers inside our retail stores.
Main job tasks and responsibilities:
· Familiarize themselves with the products and services offered by the company.
· Research potential clients and generate leads.
· Qualify prospects based on their needs.
· Providing accurate information to schedule appointments between qualified prospects and sales team.
· Maintain accurate records of all communications with potential clients.
· Must be able to travel to different locations around Nashville and its surrounding areas.
· Thursday – Sunday Only, Hours vary between 10 AM – 8 PM
· Basic customer service skills. Being cordial is important.
· Must be tech savvy & familiar with using an iPad (Apple product).
· Strong interpersonal skills to deal with various types of personalities.
· Professionalism and courteousness to create a positive customer experience.
