If you’ve moved beyond generic BDM roles and actually sold AI or automation products across US, EU, or Indian markets, this one’s for you.
We’re building and scaling AI-driven automation products that solve real operational and business problems. We’re now looking for an AI Automation BDM who can own the journey from lead → prospect → signed customer.
This is not a pure lead-gen or services-only role. This is about product-led sales.
🔍 What You’ll Do- Convert inbound and outbound leads into paying customers for AI automation products
- Own end-to-end sales cycles: discovery → solutioning → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Work with CXOs, product heads, and ops leaders across US, EU, and Indian clients
- Translate AI & automation capabilities into clear business value
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to tailor solutions and close deals
- Track market trends and help shape GTM strategy for AI automation offerings
- 5 years in Business Development / Sales with a clear shift into AI, automation, or SaaS
- Proven experience selling AI / automation / tech products (not just services)
- Exposure to US, EU, or Indian clients
- At least 3 closed product deals in AI or automation
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Comfortable explaining AI concepts to non-technical decision-makers
- Experience in BFSI, FinTech, SaaS, Healthcare, or Enterprise Ops
- Familiarity with AI frameworks, automation platforms, APIs, or enterprise workflows
- MBA or Master’s degree (nice to have, not a deal-breaker)
- You’ll be selling real AI automation products, not buzzwords
- Direct access to product and leadership teams
- High ownership, high impact, and visible revenue responsibility
- Work at the intersection of AI, automation, and business transformation
