The Culinary Services Director is responsible for providing a total quality dining experience for our residents. This includes a thorough understanding of our menu and daily specials, proper serving guidelines, cleanliness expectations, and special diets. They ensure an efficient workflow for our waitstaff and promote a culture of service excellence. Complies with federal, state, and local standards for community operation. Incorporates the Generation’s Mission, Vision, and Values in their daily work and interactions with others.

- Similar schedule to 9 am to 5:30 pm
- 8-hour shifts
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
- Previous experience in both restaurant and/or senior living is highly desired.
- Supervisory experience is highly desired.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Food Handler's card upon starting.
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
