The Vitality (Activities) Coordinator enhances the lives of our residents and staff through creating opportunities that enrich mind, body, and spirit. Responsible for meeting all Generations Vitality program standards. Communicates the Vitality philosophy and the benefits of participating to staff and residents both verbally and by example. Incorporates Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into daily work and interactions with others.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Medication Assistance is preferred
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.
- CPR/First Aid certification training is available upon hire.
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
