Generations Law Group, with locations in Acton, Andover, and Sudbury, is seeking a bright and highly motivated full-time Administrative Assistant to join our growing practice. We are a family-friendly Elder Law/Estate Planning/Probate practice who solves our clients’ needs with compassion and expertise.

Key considerations and qualifications:
- Has experience answering phones and provides excellent customer service.
- Is an organized, energetic, and personable individual with strong attention to detail and a great sense of humor.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Has strong grammar and computer skills (Microsoft Office including Excel).
- Has previous experience in a law office and with Clio practice software – not required but highly preferred.
- Actively contributes to a collaborative team environment. Our office team works together with our clients’ best interests at the forefront.
This position will be based in our Acton office. After training period, hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) is an option.
