Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor client's health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff or family members.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed, ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients to improve their quality of life.
- Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals accurately.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of care provided during 7-hour shifts.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States, in accordance with the state's home care aide certification regulations.
- Certification as a Home Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
- Competitive pay ranging from $19.00 to $24.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
