Technical Integration Director

This full-time role will work on the Production Team to fulfill the technical and production needs of all Generation Church campuses. This role oversees the integration, maintenance and inventory of all production spaces to carry out the vision of Generation Church through AVL technology.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Senior Production Director in recommending AVL gear and systems that carry out the vision and mission of Generation Church.
• Oversee AVL equipment for all production spaces.
• AVL Project Management.
• AVL Maintenance Planning.
• Resi Hardware and Systems.
• AVL Gear - Stability and Repair.
• Coordinate and lead installs.
• AVL IT.
• AVL Networking.
• Firmware Tracking & Updating.
• Computer Lifespan & Updating.
• Equipment EOL Inventory.
• Todoist AVL Projects.
• Coordination with integrators for large projects.
• UCI Design and Oversight (future).
• New Build AVL Integration (future).
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Advanced understanding of audio, video, and lighting systems.
• Advanced understanding of networked AVL systems.
• 2-4 years of live/church production and technical experience.
• 1-2 years of project management experience (preferred).
• Use of MacOS and Windows.
• Able to receive and apply feedback.
• Time-management skills.
• Acute vision and hearing.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds.
• Communication skills.
• Detail-oriented.

Church Overview: Generation Church is an expanding multi-site church that’s been rapidly growing since its inception in 2014.
