Job Description
We are a well-established, service-oriented, competitive company with over 18 years of working in the cleaning industry. We are currently looking for a self-driven individual who is organized, goal-oriented, and a team player to fill a Spanish/English speaking operations assistant position within our growing company. The operations assistant will demonstrate their organizational, time management, and communication skills as they support senior management in our day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
· Support senior management with daily activities
· Support in operations when managers travel
· Compose and type correspondence (e-mails)
· Maintain a Filing system
· Create spreadsheets and reports
· Provide supply reports
· Keep open communication with employees
Skills
· Good office manners
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Self-motivated
· Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Focused and detail orientated
· Multi-tasking abilities
· Fluent in English and Spanish
