What You'll Do
- Partner with store service teams to review warranty work orders for accuracy and bill appropriate warranty providers.
- Ensure warranty claims are submitted to manufacturers while complying to specific manufacturer guidelines.
- Actively monitor claim status to ensure monies are received in a timely manner and identify any outstanding warranty payments.
- You will manage claim shortages from the manufacturer and provide explanation to leadership on why the claim has been shorted.
- Assist in obtaining technical documentation and diagrams from manufacturers on how to complete certain warranty repairs when requested from service teams.
- You will partner with leadership to identify and set production goals around the warranty claims process.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous Warranty processing experience with Auto, RV, or powersports preferred but not necessary
- Must have strong and proven writing abilities
- Highly developed verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure in order to achieve deadlines.
- Ability to effectively work independently and within a team.
