What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Treatment Coordinator/Scheduler position at General/pediatric dental office?

Established family owned private dental office is looking for an experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) dental treatment coordinator/scheduler to join our team. The responsibilities include to be in charge of presenting the recommended treatment to patients with high rate of conversion, scheduling patients with preauthorization and pending treatment, coordinate the work with other team members. office experience is Knowledge of Orthodontic treatment plan presentation is a big plus. Looking for someone wo is able to efficiently and consistently close treatment plans with patients by educating the patient and offering them financing options.
